Rev. Dr. Jesse González

Jesse is an Honorably Retired Minister of the Word and Sacraments after 31 years of ordained ministry. Grew up Presbyterian in México and started his full-time service to Jesus Christ in 1985 with Presbyterian Border Ministries as Director of Proyecto Amistad based in Eagle Pass, Texas, and Piedras Negras, México.

Jesse has a Bachelors in Business Administration from Monterrey Tech (1983) and degrees of Master in Divinity (1992) and Doctor of Ministry (2023) from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary.

Family members are wife Bertha, sons Jesse (Heather), Abner (Duckar), and Obed (Jordan), and grandchildren Noah, Rhys, Hannah, and Zoe González.

Jesse served Churches in México, Texas, North Carolina, and previously in Springdale between 2006-2014 with Comunidad Presbiteriana Hispana.
